A large sea anemone characterized by a brightly coloured body column and dense, finger-like tentacles with blunt or slightly swollen tips. — The striking bright purple body column and long, non-tapering tentacles with blunt tips are highly diagnostic features of Heteractis magnifica, which is known to inhabit rocky intertidal zones in Singapore.
